Posture & The Interpreters Cognitive and Functional Process (.3 CEU's)

Redefine everything you thought you knew about posture.  In Part I of  Posture and the Interpreters Cognitive/Functional Process enjoy an in depth and interactive journey into the affects posture has on our cognition and function as individuals as well as interpreters.  Together we'll touch on some of the physiology and science related to posture.  Lastly enjoy a physical release as we utilize our movement lab component to learn specific interventions that you can incorporate into your interpreting practice to begin improving and maintaining better posture today.
